I need to stop eating junk!! I am doing the exercise but will never see any results if I don't stop eating the way I do. I don't know how I'm gonna do it, but I have to make a change for my health. My husband and kids are the biggest obstacle because they don't like anything healthy. I guess if I want to see any results I have to make the change for myself and let them follow my example. Sigh...
