I havent weighed in ages on here. My scales have been wrong for ages.
Im 165...havent been this high in 3 years.
I need to do better with exercise. Back on 40mins 4 times a week of heavy cardio and some weights.
Need to eat better also.
More water and green tea to flush me out.
I am on teh contraceptive injection and retain lots of water due to that so i need to keep drinking water...water pushes water!!
Will weigh in a week to get a true reading.
