I really need to remember why I love melons (the fruit) so much.

They are just ridiculously low in calories. Just 20cal per 100g for Honeydew!

Lunch was Sausage, mashed potatoes and veggies with onion gravy.

I've got myself a melon to work through this afternoon (well had it only lasted about 20 mins) and I had an ice lolly when I was out.

All in all, about 740cal so-far.

Dinner has yet to be decided. It might just be Miso soup and Shirataki noodles.

And maybe some watermelon. I have half a one in the fridge that needs using.

I like how you specified that the melons you were referring to were fruit. :)

I love melons (the fruit, LOL) too ~ but have to be careful because of the sugar. I could eat an entire watermelon by myself and like to think it produces a cleansing w/the effects after but my blood sugar goes so high I know it isn't the best thing for me to 'fill up' on.

LOL...melons were my favorite. I loved them but my blood sugar did not care for them at all :-).
