Today is my first day of calorie counting I have had 21 ounces of water this morning at 6:57am and I am going to be in the gym by 7:15am. I have a problem with eating really well the entire day until about 8pm and then I start snacking. Instead I need to make a good choice and drink water.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
