Had a great weekend full of nice things. Of course I did not do too well eating but thats ok. First bad weekend in a while. I am back at it today and going for my goal of eating less than 1500 calories a day, and really closer to 1000 to 1200 every day with 4 days of exercise between 20 and 30 minutes on my treadmill. I figure doing this should yield the jump start that I have waiting on...and get me down 20 pounds in a month. Looking forward to losing the first 10% of my weight. That's 37 pounds!

I need to do this. This will take some serious will power and strength. Its lunch time and I can already smell the chinese food....OH MY!
