Hello All my FS Friends - I have been gone a while between my 11 year old daughter breaking both her arms, me having phnemonia, strep and ear infections and everyone else in the house getting this crazy flu thats going around, it has been quite a month! I haven't done too bad but I haven't done great either. I have gained 2 lbs. I woke up today and decieded today was the day to get off the pitty party train and get back on track! So I am back and ready - Day 1 of the way of life that make me feel good - I can't wait to feel good again! I just have to eat some more today I don't have enough calories yet, but I will. GLAD TO BE BACK!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
