I am really liking how the small losses are adding up. A few ounces a day, add up to a few pounds a week. A few pounds a week, add up for good monthly loss.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
