I done terrible today I ate at cracker barrel and I have a corn bread muffin and hashbrown cassrole.. I brought most of the meal home to eat tonight for supper... I was upset this morning when I got on the scales and I didnt loose anything last night. It makes me mad that I didnt do well.. But I AM NOT giving up.. i am going to keep on keeping on.

I think we all kind of have bad days. I had a bad night last night and had some stupid pie. Just get right back to it if you can, which I'm SURE you can :) You lost a ton so far in such a small amount of time, I hope that gives you the motivation. Good luck!!
