Another week with mixed results. Did not loose but did not gain. It is all good because I had a large party mixed in there and went off the reservation with Brownies! Worth it! I will be starting up at the gym again since the Plantar fasciitis has been improving.

I also have Plantar fascitis. It has been a struggle. I have not given my foot the rest the Dr. told me to. I have continued running and being active. I pay for it too. Good on no gain and stay low on the pain while working out. Cheers, Melissa
