Hello everyone, today I am up and trying to catch up on things. I am getting ready to can some tomatoes but I guess I am procrastinating a bit. I went next door and got on my neighbors scale and of course I gained a pretty large amount. Even being sick, I still gained, but in my defense (or excuse)I ate what was around and what was given to me. Like oodles of noodles, hamburger, etc. I have not being drinking nearly enough water, or any liquid for that matter all week long. I know that it will come back off pretty quickly when I start getting to feeling better.

PS: Thank you all so very much for your well wishes, it really means a lot to me knowing that you care enough to even write something. You all are some really special people, and I am happy to know you. :)

SherrieC you clearly know what you are doing to make you gain so you know what to do to not gain. Focus on getting well right now but then you do what you know you should to get healthy and stay healthy! You can do it! While you are feeling under the weather plan, even if it is just in your mind, plan what you will do when you feel even a little better.

You're right about dropping the newly gained weight. But at the present time, you need to be mindful of your health before anything else. Going back on your eating plan can wait until you're feeling wonderful again.
