Starting over! I started back on Induction yesterday after a long, long period of time of "carbing out" and drinking way too much alcohol. My body was not feeling well, my back has been hurting....so it's time to get back on track. This extra weight has been a real burden psychologically, and physically. So, I started going to a chiropractor this week to try to get rid of some of the pinched nerve pain in my back so I can start getting in more exercise eventually. Doing barn chores twice a day is good exercise, but I'd like to do more without hurting. Hey, I'm proud - I did induction for ONE day - just taking one day at a time, and NO alcohol.....and I lost some water weight! So this is a good day. This morning I had a nice ham & cheese omelet, link sausage...and lunch will be a salad and some cheese. The challenge today will be not indulging in the donuts, bagels & cream cheese, and other goodies brought into the office for a birthday celebration. I brought celery with pimento cheese as my healthy snack :)
