doubled my sugar intake yesterday. at least it was in the form of fruit. i went crazy yesterday with sugar. usually don't eat so much fruit but i was craving it. i rode mountain bike last night so in terms of calories i was ok. so today back to minimizing sugar and i'm ok with that. not feeling as guilty so that is good. : )
