Ok. Did well today. A salad for lunch and egg whites and cereal for dinner. I am actually more full than I had expected. I missed my snack between lunch and dinner but I think I was keeping my metabolism up well enough because I was cleaning for 2hours and 15minutes during that time. Anyway, I really hope to start seeing the scale go down tomorrow. If not, I'm blaming it on water retention ;) Hope everyone else did great today! I wouldn't have if it weren't for my FS buddies encouragement!

I maxed out my RDI yesterday, but still was under it. I did go to the gym and do body pump aerobics.
