Good Afternoon everyone!!!!

Yesterday didn't go quite as well as the rest of the weekend had gone but in the past, it would have been alot worse then it was. I am right back going again today, have eaten great and just finished my workout. I'm doing the slim in 6 program, and today did the second phase workout, its 50 minutes instead of 25, with more resistance band training, and alot more stretching and needless to say, right now it hurts to type. However, I know this will get me to my goal so I will keep going. I weighed myself this morning just for my own reference and I didn't gain so I'm very happy with that. I will record my weight either tomorrow or Wednesday. I know I slacked on my water intake this weekend so I'm trying to get that going again because I know it is very important. Hope everyone had a great Easter weekend and a wonderful Monday!!!

Water really makes a difference, I am trying to get 12 glasses in a day and it helps. No gain ~~ always good news.
