Fell off the wagon for the past month or so. I'm happy to see that I didn't regain a lot of the weight I had lost, but I am a month behind on what I could have been losing. I still managed to get out and hike 3 miles on most days, at least 3-4 days a week. Weather was a major factor in limiting my walking since the ice made taking a walk more dangerous than worth while. I'm still hopeful in achieving my goal of being below 300, if not down to 280, by my birthday. We purchased a new scale since we had concerns about the old one. This one is digital so the numbers are more accurate and precise.
