Bummer, no weight loss today. Yesterday I didn't get up nearly to my normal level and I ate more than usual, though still not my full RDI. Got to do better today!!!
173.5 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
