i have been absent from fatsecret for a while. i started a new job and am now living on the road in a hotel until october. i left the end of january and i was doing quite well with working out and eating healthy. with my new job i am loads more active but with hotel living a months worth of meals out (primarily) i don't know where i stand with my weight. i need to buy a scale. i think i must have gained a little weight back because my pants were fitting a little bit tighter than when i left. i hope i havent gained back a lot. we just moved into a hotel with a kitchen so this is great news and i am inspired to track my calories and participate on fs more like i was before. it really helps me stay motivated. the first month at my job i was so slammed and i am now working 8+ hours per day standing on my feet so i thought i could have a little more leeway on what i could eat and still lose weight with... i dont want to just guess anymore so back to FS i am. today i ate just under 2,000. a little more than i'd like to but not too bad and there were lots of quality foods in the mix. i need to buy a scale and measuring cups so i can keep up my good work i already started! i am not gonna go down the slippery slope! i was doing it, and i can still do it now!! cheers!!
