Feeling down in the dumps lately, i'm having this appetite to eat and its not helping the cause...i must cut down on my intake. I think im going to only eat breakfast and dinner today--nothing in between

dont give up girl. u know if you wanna lose weight, you have to eat several small meals during the day. so just snack on healthy things in between breakfast n dinner.

thanks for the encouragement but the breakfast i had ended up with too many cals and sugar but it was mainly fruits so is that bad? cuz i had a fruit smoothie and before that i had half of an orange and one boiled egg and this mini croissant,ughh it sounds like so much lol

lol see but the mini croissant is really small but yeah your right which is why im waiting till dinner to eat again
