My 💯 day challenge/goal starts tomorrow❣️
I have a wedding to be in, and my goal is to look the best I can and be the healthiest version of myself in 💯 days.
My mini goals are pretty simple:
>Continue to be within my calorie target daily and weekly while also shooting for macros too.
>Continue with gym sessions at least 3x per week and yoga at least 1x per week.
>Continue working on increasing my water intake.
>Continue my vitamin regemen.
>Incorporate walks/hikes into my schedule.
>Work on increasing my fiber intake (both kinds).
>Consume 100g protein or more (within advised daily guideline) per macros.
