Another month is almost gone and I have not lose any significant weight. I recently upped my fat intake, and lowered my protein. And I've begun fasting 2 x a week. I'm at my lowest right now 213.6. I've never been 212... I keep going from 213 to 215... looking forward to breaking the barrier. Have high hopes for the coming week and July.

I'm off to see my children in August and I was hoping to be 210 by then, that is only a 5 lb loss... Haven't been able to do that in two months. Maybe the higher fat will w/ less protein will be the right combination! We'll see.
