Ugh. I know I can't eat more than 1,000 calories a day, it's just so hard to keep it under - esp. when I exercise so much. Today will be tough with lots of social events, but I have to remember that I can resist the food.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
