I have been jogging a lot trying to reduce all the intake of calories I am consuming from Father's day, birthday barbecues and house parties, as well as everyday events. My legs have been taking a pounding, but the rewards of more vigorous physical health and well being I guess is worth the pain.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
