I am so looking forward to March. February is gone along with 13 lbs. Woo Hoo!! If I have another month like that, I will be well on my way to my goal by the time we go on our cruise in April.

I still seem to lose a few pounds and then gain 1 back. But, I am learning the triggers to my food cravings and how to deal with them when they strike.
