So I stepped on the scale and gained another 2 pounds. Look water in my body...imma need you to leave immediately so I can start seeing the results I want to see. This is the most annoying thing EVER! How am I supposed to feel like I am losing weight when the scale goes up. Yea I drunk like 80 ounces of water yesterday trying to be good with drinking water but barely peed....now my body wants to store all the water I am drinking which only makes me NOT wanna drink any more for fear of gaining ANOTHER 2 pounds.

Hang in there, im in the same boat. Its goes up and down so much it can be very annoying. Just try not to focus on that scale so much. Ive learned in a couple of days it will balance out. How often do you weigh. I had to change to at least once a week and it wasnt so frustraing.
