Calorie reduction really works for me. I've already lost four pounds, feel a lot better -- sharper, even -- and am experiencing the great irony of lowering intake... appetite reduction.
208.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
