Well was at the hospital with my mother-in-law until 1:30am last night... finally they admitted her (which she was NOT happy about, but I don't like being admitted to the hospital either). The only bright side is that she's in the best hospital in the province, possibly the country for what's wrong with her, so at least I know she'll be well cared for, and they'll be doing all the right things at all the right times!
So today is going to be interesting, perhaps a shorter day than normal at work, and a nap when I get home.
My true challenge is to not snack on chips, chocolate bars, pop when I get tired, just to power through, and know that it's not going to help if I eat something like that. I did bring snacks that all have protein in them, plus a good lunch, so I'm hoping that will keep me going through the day.
