Today I am starting again. I joined fat secret two years ago when it was just a fledling site and left after I lost all the weight I wanted.

But my weight has gone up again..surprise surprise and I want to do something about it.

So today is the start of a new day. I am going to focus on getting my body back into shape and my health back to good.

Hope I find some great friends on the way!
