Went to the gym today but couldn't good until and hour before closing, so I didn't work as hard as I would have liked. Oh well at least I didn't something . Plus I walked to the playground with my son today! Ate out last night...ugh hate eating out. Got my "friend" today too so im bloated anger gross...yay. Still gunna do some crunches and push ups before bed. Will be a tough week since my friend makes me hungry and tired all the time. This time im nothing letting my friend stop me from dieting and working out. I have the power to overcome this little hump, and I will. Im a strong woman who is capable of doing anything I put my mind to!
