I was really hoping to get below 210 before the end of Feb. After a slight gain at the beginning of this week, I am steadily loosing 2-3 tenths of a pound each day. I will take this, because it does add up at the end of the week.

I am going to force the water today, and really watch the cheese. I may have over done the cheese yesterday between on omlette for breakfast, hamburger patty with cheese at lunch, and shaved parmesan on my salad last night.

I do think this is becoming second nature now. I still crave cheetos and potato chips, but that is getting less. Since I am no longer keeping things like that in the house, it will get easier.

Just remember that if you don't qu-i-t-e make it, it's not your fault....February's just too short of a month!!! LOL!! Don't worry, you're so cclose, it WILL come, even if it's a day or so one way or the other. Good work keeping those snacks out of the house.
