I'm feeling really good. I've returned to basics true Keto-diet high fat, low carb. I've been experimenting with keto-friendly desserts. Delicious. Its cream cheese, egg, vanilla, HWC, splenda, and salt. Its like a custard dessert. Awesome with whip cream to top.
Tomorrow is my fast day. I haven't fasted in four days, its time again. I was able to drop a little weight. Hope I can drop again. I'm so excited to drop out of the 2teens.. I'm so close to 210. I'm not giving up.. I've been at this for ten months. I'm down 34.6 lbs as of today. I have 83 more to go. :)
