I've been reading about loose skin with excess weight loss, so I've decided to start a daily regimen now with dry brushing and coconut oil, since I have both of these things already. I read that MSM and Vit C supplementation can also help -- Walgreens has both on sale "buy 1 get 1 free" and I had enough reward points saved up that I bought 2 bottles of each for $13 and got free shipping. We will see how this goes! Couldn't hurt, and if it doesn't do anything, not much money wasted. :)

sadly loose skin is not something you can avoid. I stopped looking at my naked self about 6 months ago, only look at myself now with clothes on. I am more scared to go to a sauna now, then when i was at my highest weight. There are surgeries, but not all work out well, they are painful and expensive and you have to have a really low BodyFat % for the scars to really heal nice... sorry to burst your bubble, the loose skin, it is going to SUCK!
