Hard to believe but I was 132.8 when we left on 2 week trip and returned home 2 lbs lighter---after desserts galore, bread, etc.---but not large portions other than big salad at lunch each day--hurrah--that is my usual deal and it helps to keep things ok. I can hardly believe it thought without all the workouts I usually do. So--I made some progress-- and if I can cut down the wine I can improve much more--more orange seltzer to add to white wine--it cuts alcohol and I like the taste--maybe an orange slice too.
Well I feel lighter and I look smaller--now to 128--we shall see.
