Was so stressed out all weekend...can't even bear the thought of stepping on a scale. My eating and sleeping and exercising habits got all thrown out of whack. On Sunday, I worked thirteen hours straight, without a dinner break. After, my best friend took me out to a movie and insisted I eat SOMETHING, even though I wasn't hungry.

I went to bed Sunday night/Monday morning (sometime around midnight and 1am) and didn't drag my ass out of bed until after 1pm. And I still felt like crud. And I didn't know if it was the movie junk of the fact that I had just finished working two thirteen hour days in a row.

Today I finally managed to get in some of my regular routine, but I still feel a bit sluggish. And mostly am eating out of sheer habit...and thinking that I can't go so long without eating again. Who knew?

And I feel bad because my Wii challenge started today and I haven't fired up my Wii at all today!

Time to get myself feeling like myself again...
