Hello buddiezzzzzz! :)

Did my 5K run nonstop yesterday at 5.9mph, 31:35 (was aiming for 30mins, at 6.2mph but oh well, good enough for the first time).
Following zig-zag calorie cycling, so far so good! It's hard to choose carbs to eat cos I'm so used to no carb food! The only carbs I cud think of is fruit, cereal, oatmeal and whole wheat pasta! LOL Well bread too :)
Doing my 3rd day of week6 5K training today. Then 2 more weeks and 10K training yay!!!!

Me toooooooooooo! But I went over yest cos baked low carb bread and had 2 tiny pieces rite out of the oven. As a result - 0.5lb up this morning, arghhh.. :-/ I wanna measure myself but can't find measuring tape, we r moving this weekend to Chi city! Yay! And it's somewhere packed I guess..

Good work! I am definitely not the long running type nor do I have the gusto to do it. I just checked my buddy runner just to see and the closest i have to a long run is 2.03 miles with a 12 minute/mi pace, haha.

@Dsy, haha, that's what I'm hoping for! @sngglebnny, Thanks! Trying to do my best! :) @gerdik, 12 min pace is not bad, it's like relaxed 5mph pace. I love running, can't get enuf LOL

i'm so jealous that you're able to run...I'm lucky if I can run for longer than 10 minutes at 3.5mph! Glad to hear you're liking the calorie cycling--keep us updated on how it goes ;) Good luck training and have a wicked weekend!
