Decided to weigh and had gained a pound from last week (had lost 1 lbs but I'm not sure how accurate that was - the day before I was the same). Pretty sure I'm done with weight watchers. I'm hungry a lot of the time. Think I will go back to counting calories and will try to eat less carbs and more protien. I won't worry about fat so much. Going to go back to the basics of atkins without really doing atkins (meat and veggies, little to no starches). Not sure if that will help with the weight loss but I will probably feel better and will be less hungry.

In defense of weight watchers, I didn't follow the plan over the weekend and probably into Monday. So really, I only followed it Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Sunday is my official weigh day so I will see how it goes on Sunday. I still think I will ditch weight watchers, even if I've lost. I get 38 points but I'm hungry at the end of the day. What would I do if I lost a point or two?
