Up down up down up down. I can say I've lost a lot of pounds since I started, they are all just the same ones over and over and over.

Frustrating.

I emailed my dietary "consultant" yesterday. I wonder if 1600 calories a day is just too much for me. I understand about trying to restart the metabolism. But I think maybe 1600 calories would work for maintainence. I just want to LOSE some before I maintain. My instinct is to cut cut cut. But that's what got my body screwed up in the first place.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
