Not working at the moment and this is definitely effecting how fast I shed the pounds, going to the gym quit often though. Struggling to keep my moral high, an increase in weight loss could really help right now. I smashed it in the gym today and made sure I weighed my dinner to be sure it was accurate. 150g of chips didn't get me far, couldn't believe the calories .... I tried to concider a healthy option but the cupboards are bare - will be sure to keep that in mind next time I think of having fries!!!
