Thank you, GOD! I'm going back in the right direction even if it is incredibly slow this week. Maybe I was starving myself. Last night I gave into the protein shake craze and drank a chocolate muscle milk but it still wasn't enough to bring me over 1200, so I ate 8oz of ground sirloin (a chore) and an entire box of Green Giant Creamed spinach.
Now the real test is going to see if I'm going to be able to pass that today.
I've got some nice rock hard muscle developed in my legs and right arm. Lopsided :)
Update Poopie!!!!! That had to be good for atleast .2 lbs :)
