Today i should be doing my pushups,

i just did 3, (should have done 6 to begin with)

pffff, my arms still hurt too much so i'm resting them for another day messing up my whole schedule...

so sad!

I hate push ups. Lol but it's worth it. Good job ...you could always do your other three later in the day if you wanted. :)

sometimes we've got to back off for a while until we heal fully. Been there, done that.

Hi Maud. :) I'm with Rocker. I've just taken 5 days, due to how busy I've been, to rest(ish) and do other things. Traveling always throws me since I workout at home. I miss my dungeon when I'm traveleing. :( Today will be a workout day for me. I have shoulder issues so when I bench or do pushups I always make sure I keep my elbows in tight. It means lighter weights, but it his the target muscles better and protects the shoulders. I always think of the way I'd push a car. I'd never put my hands way out to the side - it just feels wrong. Elbows are always locked to the side when you push something you know is too heavy. Same concept. Elbows in unless you're doing flies, and then use a far lighter weight.

i want to use "lighter weights" (*lol*) but the stupid scale won't budge again... (*hahaha*) so i have to do the push-ups with the 87 kilo i got... and i refuse to use a step. i want to do the full-for-real ones... i tried again to do the set 6-8-6-6-7+ after the spinningclass when i was warmed up (*understatement*) i was really pissed with myself and i worked through the pain until i F***ing did it! but i did it! It was not a pretty sight. I fear this Thursday when i have to do a set of 8-10-7-7-10+ i don't think i'll make it. two days rest without push-ups now... hope i'm healed by Thursday (*lol*)
