Well back at it today. I'm feeling some better, but not back to 100%. I worked on Friday and Saturday, but took yesterday completely off. I read a book this weekend and rested when I could. Beef roast in the crockpot for our Sunday evening meal.

I'm going to start up journaling again today as my appetite and stomach returns to normal.

171.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
