It's been so hard for me to not use the d-word (diet). I keep reminding myself 'lifestyle' so the changes I make now will stick! :D

I know what you mean! It's not a diet, it's permanent! I will never go back to eating how I was eating before. I don't feel hunger, food coma, and I'm losing weight! Keep doing what you're doing and you'll get to your goal!
