Found out that my workouts have been counteractive to my weight loss and are the most probable reason for my current stall. I was trying to stick with my personal RDI of 1400 kcals, but with my workouts burning 200 - 500 kcals I have been pushing myself far below the 1200kcal minimum. I didn't realize that these kcals were an apples to apples comparison.
This is probably why I haven't been able to expell a few days worth of waste this week. I haven't even felt bloated or sluggish. My body hasn't seen it as waste and its holding onto and trying to use everything.
Goal this week, eat a high calorie/high protein/low carb snack within 30 minutes post workout. Time to do some research.
Update: Okay, so if we're going with the apples to apples kcal theory, I think that my over indulgence in mocha drinks last night may have given me the calorie excess I needed to go to the bathroom right now. And may I say, I wish toilets gave you a printed out analysis of your deposits, regardless of each kind. I swear I just lost about a pound and a half just now. Someone needs to look into advancing that industry.
Update: I ate two hot dogs, sans buns, for lunch. Gave me an idea. Its sunday so dinner is going to be late. so I've packed two hot dogs for my after-Zumba-before-church scramble. I hope I don't start burping, cuz that's just yuck. I'll be able to grocery shop tomorrow and get more suitable foods for the week.
