The day after the funeral service for a beloved coworker. Fresh homemade bread (still warm) and fig jam for breakfast. (Not a "cheat" - I'm an all foods eater. ) And lots of coffee. If you look at my journal and see 9 cups of coffee, that is not a typo. Need a weekend of down time to reassemble my house and brain and maybe get out to the woods for a hike.
