Where does the time go? It is cold and rainy here today, but not cold enough to turn on the furnace. I ate regular meals yesterday, but not a lot. I seem to be holding at below goal weight. My blood was too thick because of all the green leafy vegetables I have been eating and the places we ate at didn't have an Atkins friendly menu. I ate 4 chicken strips and 10 french fries. Then yesterday evening I ate a Marie Calendars chicken pot pie. I have been having company all week which is keeping me in the kitchen a lot when we are home. The company doesn't have the same feeding schedule as we do.

The thing about being below weight (lucky you!) is that if you are not able to eat your favorite menu, you can eat other things without worrying about your weight. A few pounds up will very soon be a few pounds down, when you get back to your favorite routine.
