For the win! I was sure I was going to register an increase do to a later night meal (in-n-out burger) due to my kiddo’s swim meet.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Robin, thanks for reaching out. I have learned my reality my activity level hasn’t kept up with my intake. Ha ha ha. I have made minor changes to nutrition, but overall it has been more about the amount, than types. All in moderation. I look forward to shadowing your journey as well!
