So today is a new day... yesterday went over my calories a bit, and today I resolve to make sure I am under! I suppose I should recognize that chocolate is my weakness, as evidenced by the fact that my darling hubby bought me a box of mini Hedgehogs (chocolate covered hazelnut filling) and I ate the whole box yesterday - still only 9 little chocolates (THANK GOODNESS HE CHOSE THE SMALL BOX!), but still. I definitely need to work on chocolate portion control. Everything else is easy, but Chocolate... it's my ultimate weakness! ~Brandy

Its just one day though, you can make up for that. My weakness is chips, i love my chips. Thank goodness all i eat is fat free pringles. Because even still sometimes, though i try to eat one portion i can eat half the can. But you'll be fine, You are doing great!

At least the box is gone and not there to taunt you any further??? lol I LOVE chocolate and I refuse to give it up, however I have learned to love it in smaller doses and because of that I buy better fancier darker chocolates. I also portion the chocolate I buy into single servings and then freeze them that way its harder to eat and takes longer once I get through the chocolate I don't want anymore.

I love the positive attitude that the box is gone so won't tempt me anymore... that's awesome! You are right... I could try freezing them... perhaps I'll tell my hubby to freeze them when he buys them, and just thaw one as a special surprise!
