Well I fell down some stairs, the last few steps so I've been unable to exercise. Unfortunately diet alone has been unable to help me. I'm supposed to walk some on my injury but not a ton and no carrying anything heavy. I'm thinking this coming week will be a wash but I hope the next week is better.
