Yesterday was a nice weigh day, 214.2 lbs but it was also feed day. So today I'm 216.6 lbs. I'm just glad I'm not 217. But I am looking forward to getting out of the teens altogether. I joined the gym, and workout is tomorrow, arm day. Been sore since Thursday which was leg day. Today is fast day... intermittent fasting.

how long u been doing the intermittent fasting for? i'm interested cos i've just started it

Patsy I've been IF since January 30th. I started at 238 lbs, now I'm 215 lbs. I fast for 36 hours.

wow! good on u! i'm doing the 5:2 diet so i have 2 500 calorie days a week - i only started last week.

Keep up the great work! :) It's normal to be sore on the first days. Don't push yourself too much while you're sore! Just exercise lightly at those times ;)
