Ok, I recorded my food for the last 2 days and it was not nearly as bad as I'd expected! So that explains why I continued to lose. (I wonder if stress causes you to burn more calories?) My sodium was off the charts but my calories were in line. My carbs were high, but much of that from yesterday was from 2 Atkins bars, so debatable if the sugar alcohol should even be calculated. (If anyone reads this, I know the controversy. I had put them in my purse in case I got in an emergency situation with no acceptable foods available.) When stuck in a car for hours, hungry, with other people eating chips and candy... it was not that bad.
