Lost another .4 pounds since yesterday. I don't know if it's the early morning bike ride or the shoulders and back weight training workout but I don't give a......Lol.

It's feels good to be consistent and closer to the 220's...WOO HOOO!

HERE'S A QUESTION I AM CURIOUS ABOUT:
What is the most weight you've ever lost or gained in one day?
233.2 lb Lost so far: 35.8 lb.    Still to go: 68.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome WTG! :D I rarely weigh myself that much...I did once out of curiosity. I weighed in at 174 in the morning and then- (thanksgiving) that night I weighed in and I was at 179, but by morning I was 174 again.

My biggest single day gain is a constant reminder to me that short term changes are just that - SHORT term. Often too they just aren't direct responses to diet, etc. I was in the hospital with cellulitis. Sick as a dog, on IV anitbiotics and barely eating/drinking (hospital food!!) I gained 6 lbs in a 12 hour period.

Yeah Vickie 5966 I've heard people do that. I remember when I was in high school on the wrestling team, I had to lose 12 pounds for the following day's match because the guy in that weight division was sick and couldn't wrestle. They had another guy who was in my division so they asked me to lose the weight. I gained it all back within a few days. Most of it was water. Aamaddux, that does happen.

One time I got on the scale at 3am for fun and was highly disappointed with the 4lb gain that registered. Well now I stick with my window of 7am-8am when I am recording. I find that weighing at the same time works best for me and even if I decide to check throughout the day at least I am prepared for the possible fluctuations. Congrats on getting closer to your 220 goal.

I lost 10 pounds overnight once in the hospital. They had given me a shot of Lasix because my heart was failing. I felt so much better without all that water.

I don't know. I usually weigh just once a week.
